CNA Responsibilities:

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs; assist with moving and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, peers, and supervisors.
• Assist nurses with duties as directed.

CNA Requirements:

• At least one year of CNA experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program.
• Current state CNA certification.
