Job summary

Owens & Minor's Morgantown facility is seeking an Inventory Control Generalist to maintain accurate warehouse counts and support receiving, shipping, and returns daily.

Working MON-FRI, 2PM start with a guaranteed 8% shift differential; you will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, coordinate with purchasing and accounts, and ensure proper inventory locations across the Omni system.

Qualifications

• Maintains accurate warehouse inventory counts and locations.
• Performs cycle counts and researches discrepancies.
• Coordinates with purchasing, accounts payable and customer service to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Checks location of products in OMNI system.
• Verifies receiving receipts from accounts payable.
• Performs cycle counts on RF units.
• Researches inventory discrepancies & resolves.
• Researches customer service errors and counts shipments.
• Maintains accurate inventory locations and moves locations as required.
• Counts or verifies freight for accuracy and/or damage.
• Ships manufacturer/vendor returns and initiates debit memos.
