Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• DOT certifiable preferred and a good MVR is a must.
• Must currently have a valid driver's license, Class A CDL preferred.
• Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and climb into and out of tractor trailers virtually the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime and working on holidays are often required.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttles to move trailers between building, staging area and docking doors.
• Perform daily maintenance checks of shuttle truck and report malfunctions.
• Document all trailer moves on Yard Driver move sheets and submit to shipping.
• Fuel the yard truck as needed.
• Perform safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Follow required PPE and safety practices.
