Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Yard Driver (NON-DOT) in Columbus, IN. This second-shift role (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-2:00am) involves driving and switching trailers, refueling on site, and maintaining yard equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of verifiable driving or tractor experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a focus on safety and accuracy in logs and loading procedures. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of one year verifiable experience driving, switching or commercial tractor.

Responsibilities

• Drive and switch trailers to and from docks to maintain efficient loading and unloading.
• Refuel vehicles on site and document locations and condition of equipment.
• Inspect and report maintenance or safety issues; ensure dock area is clean and safe.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logs and records as required.
