Job summary

Tiara-Yachts-2 is seeking a Wire Harness Builder for the 2nd shift (Sun-Thurs, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) in our Manufacturing area. Starting pay is $22/hour with a $1 shift premium, totaling $23/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical harness assembly or similar wiring work.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and PPE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to overtime as required.
• Strong attention to quality and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical parts and harnesses.
• Participate in daily cleaning and 5S in the Electrical Assembly area.
• Work with electrical and/or mechanical components.
• Work at a fast pace and in a crowded environment.
• Overtime as needed.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and processes.
• Wear PPE as mandated.
