Tiara Yachts is hiring for a Wire Harness Builder on 2nd shift (Sun-Thurs, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.) in Holland, MI. The role focuses on safe, efficient assembly of electrical harnesses, consoles, and unit components, while maintaining top quality and accuracy.

• Electrical and/or mechanical work experience is required.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Must be able to identify different colors.
• Must be able to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electrical harnesses and related components.
• Wiring and assembly of consoles and electrical units.
• Maintain clean and organized work area (5S).
• Use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE policies.
• Meet tight production deadlines.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality standards.

Job Details: Job Location: 001 Holland - Holland, MI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: 2nd, Due to high growth, we have 2nd Shift Openings- Sun-Thurs 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.- in our Manufacturing area!

Position Summary:

The Wire Harness Builder is responsible for the safe and efficient assemble of all the electrical harnesses, console wiring and unit electrical components while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assembling electrical parts
• Participate in the daily cleaning and 5S of the Electrical Assembly area
• Electrical and/or mechanical experience
• Must be able to use basic tools
• Must be able to work with others, often at a fast pace and in a crowded environment.
• The ability to work occasional overtime
• The ability to work independently with firm deadlines
• Must be able to perform this job without compromising the quality
• Must be able to identify different colors
