Job summary

Viking Electric is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Wire Cutter in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role starts at 1:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour plus a $3.00/hour wire differential and a $1.50/hour second shift differential. You will cut and label wire, verify orders, and operate cutting machinery in a collaborative warehouse setting.

Training is provided on the job. Candidates should lift up to 50 lbs regularly and be able to stand for most of the shift, with

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Proficient with RF devices and warehouse technology.
• Basic math including fractions/decimals for unit conversions.
• High attention to detail required for accurate cutting and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Review orders to determine reel size, wire type, color, and length.
• Measure and cut wire using cutting machinery.
• Unload/load reels onto the wire machine and restock inventory.
• Follow SOPs and safety regulations; maintain clean work area.
• Operate in a collaborative warehouse environment with on‑the‑job training.
