Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a 2nd Shift Welder for its Fire Fabrication shop to operate a universal welder, cut and weld steel pipe, and ensure quality workmanship.

The role requires 4+ years of welding experience, blueprint reading, and the ability to stand for long shifts. Attendance, safety, and the willingness to work Saturdays are essential. Successful candidates must pass a drug test and be 18 or older.

Formación

• 4+ years welding experience.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Pipe welding certificates a plus.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Attention to detail.
• Follow directions and communicate with others.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Take measurements to plan layouts.
• Set up welding machine per specifications.
• Weld components using semi-automatic equipment in various positions.
• Maintain safety of equipment and area.
• Test welds for quality.
• Weld leaks found during testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
