Lippert Components in Goshen, IN is seeking a Team Member to finish frame fabrication. Day-to-day frames may vary based on schedules and blueprints; you will follow safety and quality regulations established by Lippert.

Responsibilities include installing and timing slide outs, welding brackets for jacks and slide outs, welding hitches onto frames, and verifying camber and square. High school diploma preferred; manufacturing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Reading a tape measure.
• Blueprint reading.
• Basic math (adding, subtracting, dividing fractions, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Install and time slide outs.
• Welding brackets for jacks and slide outs.
• Welding hitches onto frame.
• Checking camber and square.
• Welding anything that jig was unable to weld.
