Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Team Member to fabricate the upper deck on fifth wheel frames at our Indiana facility. You will follow safety and quality standards while producing reliable assemblies that meet blueprints and schedules.

Ideal candidates have welding experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read tape measures and blueprints. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities to grow within Lippert's manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in welding and manufacturing is a plus.
• Welding education or prior welding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welding the upper deck on fifth wheel frames.
• Squaring and welding the pin box.
• Plasma cutting any holes needed.
• Welding different structural shapes (e.g., tube to plate).
