Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to finish frame fabrication. Day-to-day frames vary by schedule and blueprints. You will follow safety and quality regulations to ensure precise assembly and durable welds.

The role requires operating with accuracy, reading blueprints, and performing welding tasks on frames, hitches, and slide-outs, while adhering to production timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industry experience preferred.
• Welding education or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and time slide outs.
• Weld brackets for jacks and slide outs.
• Weld hitches onto frame.
• Check camber and square.
• Weld anything that jig was unable to weld.
