Morrison Industries LLC is seeking a dependable Welder/Fabricator for 2nd shift to build custom racks, pallets, carts, and containers used by major manufacturers.

Responsibilities include MIG welding on carbon steel, fabricating and assembling products to customer specs, and operating grinders, band saws, drill presses, and other shop tools. We offer weekly pay, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities for advancement and skill development.

2nd Shift - Welder / Fabricator

Schedule
Monday–Friday
2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
Overtime available as needed.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel components.
• Fabricate and assemble custom metal products to customer specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, band saws, drill presses, and other shop tools.
• Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure weld quality and product accuracy.
• Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with material handling equipment, racks, pallets, or structural steel fabrication.
• Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified).
