Job summary

Heiden, Inc. is seeking a welder for 2nd shift in Manitowoc, WI. The role focuses on MIG welding, fabrication, and reading blueprints to produce custom parts.

You'll work a four-day week (Mon-Thu) with a 4:00 PM–2:30 AM schedule and training shifts on first shift. Expect good pay, solid benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid holidays), and a team-oriented shop that emphasizes safety and quality.

What You'll Be Doing

Welding & Fabrication

• Read blueprints and diagrams to build custom parts with precision

• Training period on 1st Shift (5:30 AM - 4:00 PM) before moving to 2nd
