Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Security Guard for the 2nd shift on weekends at our manufacturing facility. You will monitor premises, assist management, and uphold safety and security procedures during the 6:00 PM–6:00 AM Saturday and Sunday shift.

The role offers on-the-job training, requires the ability to pass a background and drug screen, and demands strong written and verbal communication, plus the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Ability to work all shifts.
• Ability to follow written/verbal directives.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to obtain a Guard License.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and monitor for long periods.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions

Shift: Saturday & Sunday (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

We are looking for you to...

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions

• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt)
• Monitor security cameras
• Public relations and awareness and dealing tactfully with the public
• Assist in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives
• Obtain and in detail statements, write reports, interview and observe and document information in a professional manner
