Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Spray painting experience in an auto body shop preferred.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare iron/aluminum castings and sheet metal parts for painting or assembly.
• Operate forklift to move materials between departments as needed.
• Dip and rinse parts in acid/alkaline baths per procedures.
• Apply powder or spray paint to parts and ensure finish quality.
• Operate and adjust ovens, pumps, and spray equipment; monitor quality.
• Maintain logs, test records, and process documentation.
