Job summary

Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. in Springfield, MO seeks a 2nd Shift Wash Tank Changer to maintain wash tanks and ensure quality. The role requires draining, cleaning, refilling and re-charging tanks per standards, with emphasis on safety and proper logkeeping.

The 2nd shift runs 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime as needed. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and a strong ESOP culture within an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Hazardous Material and Waste Management certification.
• Lockout/Tagout training required.
• Maintenance certificate or equivalent.
• Competent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drain, clean, re-fill, and re-charge wash tanks per instructions.
• Read and follow daily tank change lists and work instructions.
• Log work completed and report deviations with reasons.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow PPE procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols including lock-out/tag-out.
