Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. (SRC) is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator in Springfield, MO to set up, operate, and monitor production equipment with a focus on precision and quality.

You will follow safety rules, maintain records, and meet deadlines on the final assembly line and support direct customer sales. Monday–Friday 3PM–1:30AM with some Saturday overtime; SRC offers ESOP, strong health benefits, and 100% employee ownership culture.

Responsibilities

• Setting Up Machines: Safely install and align tooling attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines.
• Operating with Excellence: Operate machines safely, using required guards and protective gear.
• Ensuring Quality: Produce products that meet specifications and report worn/damaged tools.
• Keeping Records: Complete assigned paperwork following work instructions.
