Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Must be able to operate heavy machinery in a safety sensitive role.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and a safe and positive work environment.
• Assist the department in preparing, coordinating, and delegating work.
• Monitor associates to ensure work is performed safely and productively.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to associates with questions and concerns.
• Train new associates and verify satisfactory performance of duties.
• Identify employee relations issues and consult with supervision/management.
• Assist with scheduling staff and time off based on needs.
• Assist the manager with evaluating performance.
• Process and complete related clerical and administrative tasks.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
