Job summary

Waste Management in Southampton, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse and dock operations, ensure safety, manage inventories and supervise staff. You will coordinate with transportation and maintain regulatory compliance while upholding company policies.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and leadership experience in a warehouse setting; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Leadership experience in a warehouse preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred (accredited).

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse personnel perform tasks safely with PPE and safety equipment.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and manage supplies to ensure inventories are available.
• Review shift productivity to identify efficiencies and opportunities.
• Train new warehouse personnel and provide ongoing safety and compliance training.
• Maintain cost control of the warehouse and assist in issue resolution.
