Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team of 15-20 associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for the shift.
• Supervise warehouse staff including hiring, scheduling, training and coaching.
• Ensure accurate order pulling and proper sequencing on trucks.
• Maintain FIFO inventory control and safety compliance.
• Coordinate pick planning with Warehouse Manager and use WMS tools.
• Monitor productivity and implement improvements.
• Manage security and safety protocols after shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
