Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of warehouse ops experience.
• 1+ year supervising a team of 15–20 associates.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s in related field; OSHA forklift cert a plus.
• Experience with SAP or similar warehouse software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for the 2nd shift.
• Supervise and train a team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure accurate order pulling, staging, and shipping per procedures.
• Maintain FIFO stock rotation and safety compliance.
• Coordinate pick planning with Warehouse Manager and improve productivity.
