Job summary

EFCO Corp. in Fresno, CA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead daily distribution center operations, oversee inventory movement, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while upholding EFCO’s Core Values.

You will manage warehouse staff from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM PT, promote safety, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in processes to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse/distribution operations, including supervision.
• Certification: Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Leadership: Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse procedures, and logistics.
• Other: Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment (lifting, bending, standing).

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage warehouse staff and ensure team success and safety.
• Inbound/Outbound Logistics: Oversee receipt, organization, and delivery of materials.
• Safety/Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and report hazards.
• Communication/Reporting: Update leadership on priorities and metrics.
• Inventory/Order Accuracy: Maintain cycle counts and accurate documentation.
