Job summary

Spring Glen Fresh Foods in Ephrata, PA is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. You will supervise staff, train new employees, and ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills to coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, while driving efficiency and cost-saving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience; food industry a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Trains and onboards new employees; reinforces safety and policies.
• Coaches staff on performance, productivity, and adherence to rules.
• Coordinates daily shipping/receiving activities to ensure timely material flow.
• Maintains logs for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods; supports cycle counts.
