Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor in Texas to lead day-to-day site operations with a focus on safety, productivity, and customer service. You will represent Capstone with partners, train new hires, and manage a team of associates across shifts.

The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, and the ability to balance budgets with operations. Competitive salary and benefits follow 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Negotiation of rates with common carrier representatives.
• Running site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Writing and balancing daily bank deposits.
• Creation of daily work logs and transmission to corporate.
• Audit of daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve any customer service issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and work rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
• Scheduling shifts based on customer requirements; interview, hire, train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for services; complete daily closeout and payroll records.
