Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage seeks an experienced Cold Storage Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume, temperature-controlled facility. You will lead safety, quality, and labor management while ensuring accurate inventory and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include managing blast cell operations, FIFO/FEFO, and KPI reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, FSIS, and OSHA standards, plus the ability to train and schedule staff for efficient, safe

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a cold storage supervisory or lead role.
• High school diploma or GED; food safety or logistics certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, FSIS, and OSHA regulations.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations with attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work weekend rotations and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee blast cell management, inventory health, FIFO/FEFO, and traceability.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Open/close the facility and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with logistics, QA, and customer service.
