Job summary

Franklin Fueling Systems is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments, receiving, and verification against packing slips and POs. You will prepare and fulfill work orders, stage shipments, and support Kanban replenishment to maintain smooth production flow.

Responsibilities include moving inventory, updating systems, and keeping accurate counts. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 6+ months experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Respirator fit testing may be required upon request.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and verifying materials against packing slips and POs.
• Prepare and fulfill work orders and pick slips; ensure timely staging and shipment of goods.
• Move inventory within the warehouse and support Kanban replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and labeling; identify discrepancies and assist corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and procurement to support operations.
