Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Shipping Associate for a contract role based in Avon, IN. The position focuses on accurate storage, order preparation, and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners, ERP systems, and freight software to ensure timely, accurate order processing while maintaining safety and inventory control. On-site support and adherence to QMS/EMS standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving.
• Proficient with RF scanners and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are stored and organized in the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
• Label and meter packages using freight/shipping systems per procedures.
• Process orders using the ERP system with data accuracy.
• Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify inventory for shipment.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities and verify shipments.
