Divcon is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment. You will work with field technicians, project managers, procurement, and suppliers to maintain smooth material flow and accurate records.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, or warehouse management.
Strong understanding of basic inventory control processes, receiving practices, and material handling procedures.
Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material transfers, order fulfillment, and shipping of materials.
Pull, stage, pack, and prepare parts and materials for project, service, and field technician needs.
Maintain organized warehouse storage areas, bin locations, and parts room areas to support efficient material handling.
Receive inbound shipments, verify supplier counts, inspect materials, and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
Prepare items for shipment, generate shipping labels, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
