Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for the 2nd shift at our Chula Vista, CA facility. You will be responsible for receiving parts and preparing inventory for shipment, maintaining organized storage, and adhering to safety standards. The role is onsite and aligned with IAM Local 755.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm after training. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse.
• Experience with warehouse processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts stored in inventory for customer orders.
• Cycle count inventory to reconcile records.
• Open supplier products for warehouse storage.
• Box and prep customer orders for shipment.
• Process and store inventory per purchase orders and schedules.
• Load and unload orders from carriers and freight forwarders.
• Organize incoming deliveries and label outgoing parcels.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping practices.
