Winland Foods is seeking an Entry Warehouse Team Member for 2nd shift in Buckner, KY. The role focuses on safe material handling, FIFO inventory, and adherence to GMP/SQF/HACCP standards. You will operate forklifts, support shipping and receiving, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities include accurate material staging, documentation, and collaboration with the team to meet production goals. Prior experience with SAP and warehouse equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification or SAP training a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP).
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment safely.
• Move materials, ensure FIFO rotation, stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
• Assist team members and participate in training and 5S efforts.
• Use SAP for inventory transfers and reporting; maintain records.
