Job summary

John F. Martin & Sons, LLC is seeking a warehouse order picker for 2nd shift in Womelsdorf, PA. You will work in a fast-paced refrigerated environment, perform order picking and replenishment, and operate forklift and pallet jacks while handling inbound and outbound paperwork.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a 7% shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more after 60 days. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential advancement.

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in a refrigerated environment.
• Experience with order picking and replenishment.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jacks; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and replenishment of customer orders.
• Operate forklift and pallet jacks safely.
• Load and unload trailers and handle inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Use RF scanner and basic computer systems to update records.

Essential Functions:

• Must be capable of working in a fast-paced refrigerated warehouse environment, and capable of lifting 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
• Order Picking of Customer Orders & Replenishment
• Operate Forklift & Pallet Jacks
• Loading & Unloading Trailers
• Inbound & Outbound Paperwork / RF Scanner / Basic Computer Skills

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the warehouse order picker is frequently exposed to a refrigerated warehouse environment, which includes the operation of powered industrial equipment.

Salary Based on Experience - Starting at $20.00 + Shift differential of 7%
