Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Selector for our Aberdeen, MD location. You will be on your feet for up to 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds and working in freezer conditions. Training is provided by a dedicated team, and higher performance accelerates pay progression.

Starting at $21.95/hour with a $1.00 shift differential, increasing to $22.39 at 6 months and a max of $26.34. Weekly pay, benefits start day one, and incentive opportunities are offered.

2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

Distribution Center Address: 504 Advantage Ave, Aberdeen, MD 21001

Starting Hourly Rate $21.95 (Plus $1.00 shift differential) with an increase to $22.39 at 6 months. The hourly max rate is $26.34. (All employees start out at the minimum rate)

• Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year

• Eligible to earn an hourly incentive based on performance


• Incentive after training can be from $2.17-$7.50/HR


• Base pay and incentives are paid on a weekly basis

Work Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday 4pm-Until work is complete.


• Friday & Saturday: Off

Selecting is hard work, so we'll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency- the better you perform, the more you earn. On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary!
