Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Aberdeen, MD is hiring for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Selector. You will work Sunday-Thursday, 4pm until completion, with frequent opportunities for overtime and performance-based raises. Expect to operate in cold/freezer conditions and lift up to 100 pounds.

Weekly pay and incremental wage increases are offered as you train and perform. The role includes incentives, a freezer differential, and a strong path to profit sharing and 401(k) with company match as part of total

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Selects and pulls items in a distribution center to fulfill customer orders.
• Lifts up to 100 pounds and works in a freezer environment.
• Works Sunday-Thursday 4pm until work is complete, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
• Base pay includes incentives and potential raises based on performance.

2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

Distribution Center Address: 504 Advantage Ave, Aberdeen, MD 21001

Starting Hourly Rate $21.95 (Plus $1.00 shift differential) with an increase to $22.39 at 6 months. The hourly max rate is $26.34. ( All employees start out at the minimum rate)

Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year

Freezer Differential $0.80/HR

Eligible to earn an hourly incentive based on performance

Incentive after training can be from $2.17-$7.50/HR)

Base pay and incentives are paid on a weekly basis

Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 4pm-Until work is complete.

Friday & Saturday: Off

Selecting is hard work, so we'll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency- the better you perform, the more you earn. On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary!
