Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Goodyear, AZ is seeking dedicated First Shift Warehouse Production Workers to safely stack boxes, operate hand trucks, and perform general labor tasks.

Responsibilities include unloading containers, repalletizing products, loading into racks or semi trucks, and maintaining an organized, safety-conscious work environment to meet daily goals. Weekly pay starts at $20.25 with benefits available.

Qualifications

Inergroup is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as First Shift Warehouse Production Workers in Goodyear, AZ. As a Production Worker, you will safely and accurately stack different size boxes into or out of trailers, operate material loading equipment like hand trucks or pallet jacks, and complete other general labor tasks as needed.

Pay:

Weekly pay starting at $20.25 and benefits available.

Responsibilities:

• Unload containers by hand, repalletize products, and load into warehouse racks or semi trucks.
• Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications
• Operate equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet daily goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs repeatedly during entire shift.
• Must be capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Schedule - we have multiple 2nd Shift schedules available:

• Sunday - Wednesday, 4:00pm - 2:00am
• Thursday - Saturday, 5:00pm - 5:00am
