Job summary

Modern Industries, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate. The schedule is Monday–Thursday 2:30pm–12am and Friday 2:30pm–6:30pm, with an 8% shift differential for eligible employees.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring accurate paperwork and counts. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 0–3 years of warehouse experience; forklift experience is a plus and multitasking is required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, pick or put away product.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary
• Verify incoming product and counts and paperwork are correct
• Inventory and cycle count product as instructed
• Clean warehouse
• Assist in Shipping and receiving as needed.
• Assure that all safety procedures and policies are being followed
• The above duties will be required on a daily basis as well as all other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 0 - 3 years warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience a plus, ability to multi-task
