Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Goodyear, AZ is hiring for a 1st shift Warehouse Material Handler. You will stack boxes, load/unload, and operate basic equipment to support production in a fast-paced warehouse.

Weekly pay starts at $20.25 per hour with benefits available. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand the entire shift, and use RF scanners and computers for inventory tracking.

Qualifications

• Ability to twist, lift, carry, push, and pull products and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk in the warehouse.
• Experience with RF scanners and computers.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload, repack, and load containers with warehouse goods and products.
• Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled per customer specs.
• Operate equipment to move materials around the warehouse.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Inergroup is hiring immediately for First Shift Warehouse Material Handler jobs in Goodyear, AZ. As an Material Handler, you will focus on meeting production goals by safely and accurately stacking different size boxes into or out of trailers. You will also occasionally operate material loading equipment, like hand trucks or pallet jacks and will complete other warehouse activities as needed. Weekly pay starting at $20.25 and benefits available.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Sunday - Wednesday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

• Thursday - Saturday, 5:00am - 5:00pm
