Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Goodyear, AZ is seeking dedicated First Shift Warehouse Production Workers to safely stack boxes, operate hand trucks, and perform general labor tasks.

Responsibilities include unloading containers, repalletizing products, loading into racks or semi trucks, and maintaining an organized, safety-conscious work environment to meet daily goals. Weekly pay starts at $20.25 with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers by hand and move products to warehouse racks or trucks.
• Ensure products are sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled per specifications.
• Operate equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
