Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a 2nd Shift DC General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator in Waterloo, IA.

You will help receive inbound shipments, move goods through the warehouse, and support health, safety, and environmental compliance while maintaining accuracy and attendance. The role offers a starting wage around $23.50/hour with potential to earn up to $30.00/hour based on performance and OT opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Assists the site management to align with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
• Resolves orders that cannot be dispatched or on hold by liaising with other departments.
• Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch.
• Adheres to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
