Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Porter/Custodian for the 2nd shift at Windsor Locks, CT. This role helps keep our distribution center clean and safe, contributing to our mission to feed local communities.

You will perform janitorial duties across the warehouse and office spaces, handle spills and waste, operate pallet jacks when needed, and follow safety procedures. We offer paid training, weekly pay, benefits from day one, PTO, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Attendance and reliability are essential.
• GED and High School Diploma required.
• Demonstrates initiative, productivity, quality, safety and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse and office areas.
• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, windows and restrooms.
• Handle spills, collect waste, and assist with safe handling of equipment.
• Occasionally move product with pallet jack and assist with cleaning operations.
