Salon Service Group in Springfield, MO is hiring a Warehouse Picker/Packer for the 2nd shift. You will pick and pack, break down promotions for restocking, weigh and sort products, and build shipping boxes in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires a reliable, self-motivated team player who can lift up to 50 lbs, work with a pick-to-light system, and support the Distribution Director with general warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Solid work history to show reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated team player who works well with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull orders using the pick-to-light system.
• Break down promotions for restocking.
• Weigh and sort products per customer requests.
• Build shipping boxes.
• Assist with pre-packing and packing tasks.
• Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and upkeep.
• Support the Distribution Director with additional duties.
