Job summary

Emerson in Southaven, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform pick, pack, and ship duties on the 2nd shift. You will kit materials, move items safely, and support daily warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will work in a team, follow clear instructions, and uphold safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement. The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. On-site employment with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions.
• Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items.
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Kit materials into boxes, cases, and other packaging configurations
• Handle, identify, and move materials in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Support daily warehouse operations, including housekeeping and organization
• Cross-train and provide support in other departments as business needs require
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
