LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Saint Charles, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift to join our fast-paced production team. This hands-on role involves packaging, stacking, and moving product on a conveyor line while following safety guidelines.

You’ll work Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with weekly pay and a $250 sign-on bonus. The position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and physical stamina; background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and motivated individuals for a fast-paced packaging position.
• Hands-on, physical role on a production line packaging and stacking products for shipment.
• Full time, Monday-Friday; 2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:00PM.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 25–45 lbs repeatedly; stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Safe operation around moving equipment and conveyor systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Stack finished product onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Operate conveyor line to maintain product flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety guidelines.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and perseverance.
• Assist supervision with additional duties as needed.
• Support overall operation success.
