Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st Shift (7:00AM-3:00PM) in Alaska. The role involves packaging on a fast-paced production line, stacking products onto pallets, and maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Weekly pay and a sign-on bonus are highlighted in the posting.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 25-45 lbs, and attention to detail in a busy environment. Training and PPE are provided to support a safe work experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 25-45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Stack finished product onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Work on a conveyor line to maintain product flow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Assist supervision with other duties as assigned.
