Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Saint Charles, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift to join our fast-paced production team. This hands-on role involves packaging, stacking, and moving product on a conveyor line while following safety guidelines.

You’ll work Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with weekly pay and a $250 sign-on bonus. The position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and physical stamina; background check and drug screening are required.

Job duties : Responsible for stacking packaged products onto pallets in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner within a fast-paced production environment.

• Correctly stacks cases of finished product onto the proper pallets.
• Work on a conveyor line, keeping up with product flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and accuracy
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Performs other related duties to contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervision.

Requirements:

• Must be able pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 25–45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours per day
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and conveyor systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• The employee constantly works near moving mechanical parts and lift trucks.
• Ambient temp and humidity may be elevated during the summer months.
