Job summary

Ardent Mills in Omaha, NE is seeking a Warehouse Operator for 2nd shift to support safe, efficient plant operations. You will handle loading/unloading, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and adhere to GMP and food safety standards.

You must lift 50 lb bags, follow written and verbal instructions, and thrive in a team-focused environment with opportunities for training, PTO, and benefits. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a pathway to growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education and/or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to read and write legibly.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
• Must be safety conscious and work in a safe manner.
• Must be able to get along with others and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times.
• Operate plant safety and assist with safety improvements.
• Follow GMP, Food Safety/HACCP, sanitation policies.
• Available/willing to work overtime as needed.
• Lift 50 lb flour bags routinely.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; assist with packing/loading.
• Maintain records of production and safety checks as required.
• Follow written/verbal instructions and complete assigned duties.
