Job summary

L’Oréal in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a MMS II to support warehouse operations on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will move products safely from receiving to shipping, operate PITs, and use RF scanners and the WMS to keep accurate records.

You should understand warehouse processes, be a reliable team player, and adhere to safety standards (OSHA). Familiarity with SAP is a plus. We offer growth opportunities and a culture that values diversity.

Qualifications

• Safety protocols (OSHA standards) and quality checks to maintain a secure work environment.
• Operational excellence in receiving, storing, and shipping operations.
• Team collaboration and effective communication with colleagues.
• Proficiency with WMS and RF scanners to manage inventory; SAP is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new operations and adapt to change.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) to load, unload, transport, and store products.
• Use RF scanners and the WMS to accurately track product movements and paperwork.
• Prepare products for shipment through labeling, sorting, wrapping, and packing.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and assist in physical inventories.
