Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts and ERP scanners, pick orders, and move goods through receiving, storage, and shipping. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years warehousing experience, with English communication and basic computer skills. Benefits, a shift differential, and bonus potential are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in warehouse/shipping/receiving or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and ERP scanners to move, receive, store, and ship goods.
• Pull and prepare customer orders using pick tickets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Load/unload from trucks and containers following safety procedures.
• Organize shipping paperwork, manifests, labels, and coordinate with carriers.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and assist with additional duties as needed.
