Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking a warehouse associate to process customer orders, pick/pack/ship products, and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role combines inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics support in a dynamic warehouse environment. Candidates with 1+ year in related fields and solid English communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in customer service, warehouse ops, shipping or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using eCommerce platforms and shipping software.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare products for shipment.
• Perform quality checks on products before shipment.
• Organize, stock, move, and maintain inventory; keep areas clean and safe.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory tracking, and stock replenishment.
• Respond to inquiries, process returns, submit shipping claims, and support trade show shipping.
