Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in the United States seeks a Forklift Driver to operate powered industrial trucks, unload inbound shipments, relocate and store merchandise, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed. You will also perform picker and checker duties and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Base pay starts at $23.00 per hour with additional $2.50 per hour for 2nd-shift differential,

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in logistics/distribution.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift safely.
• Forklift training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Receive/put-away: unload inbound shipments and move to storage; input data into WMS.
• Order picking: pull and prepare for shipment to meet exact product counts.
• Quality: ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Delivery: move product to staging/docks and maintain proper documentation.
• Safety/housekeeping: maintain clean, organized area and follow SOPs.
• Maintenance: operate and inspect forklift; perform minor maintenance.
