Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is hiring for a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts and ERP scanners, pick orders, and manage shipping and receiving processes. You will ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related warehouse experience; knowledge of ERP/WMS is preferred; good English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or forklift work.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills; basic computer skills; ERP/WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and ERP scanners to move, receive, store and ship finished goods.
• Pull and prepare customer orders using pick tickets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Load/unload products from trucks and containers following safety procedures.
• Organize shipping paperwork and coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to keep records accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and support related duties as needed.
